Welcome to Location 3 Times. By using our website and generating reports, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Report and Disclaimer of Accuracy

Reports are provided for free and are compiled from public sources (such as municipal and provincial data) checked at the date shown on the report. School designations, boundaries, transit schedules, and park facilities change frequently.

Location 3 Times provides these reports on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. A report is not a guarantee of a school place, a municipal service, or a neighborhood condition. You and your clients must independently verify any information that is material to a real estate decision with the relevant school board, municipality, or operator.

2. Agent Accounts and Compliance

If you add your professional details to a report, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to use it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this service and the resulting reports complies with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) advertising requirements, the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act (REBBA/TRESA), and your own brokerage’s policies.

We print the information you provide and do not verify it against RECO registries. Location 3 Times assumes no responsibility for your advertising compliance.

3. Acceptable Use

Reports may be printed and shared strictly for the purpose of buying, selling, or researching a home. You agree NOT to:

4. Third-Party Links and Partners

Reports may contain links to our partner websites or sponsored categories. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, products, or services. We do not collect or pass your personal information to any partner or sponsor.

5. Intellectual Property and Data Sources

Location 3 Times retains all rights to the platform’s code, design, and proprietary reporting structure. The data within the reports is provided under licenses from third parties, including the Open Government Licence – Canada, the Open Government Licence – Ontario, the Open Government Licence – City of Ottawa, and OpenStreetMap contributors. Your use of the reports must respect these underlying data licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOCATION 3 TIMES, ITS FOUNDER, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the reports or the website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, lost real estate transactions, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the service is provided for free, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed CAD $0.00.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Location 3 Times and its founder from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of RECO/TRESA regulations, or any reliance placed on the reports by your clients or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
